A site dedicated to supporting the development and wellbeing of Black Girls.

Akeelah’s Room is an initiative focused on Black girls. We provide spaces (face-to-face and online), which represent and celebrate aspects of the Black experience. We share information, tools, and resources, to encourage critical thinking and engagement on issues which impact diverse lived experiences of Black girls.
